Hi, I’m Christyn Wagenblast, a dedicated real estate broker with Windermere Realty Trust. As a native
Central Oregonian, I bring a heartfelt passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process. My deep roots in the community enhance my ability to provide thoughtful, personalized service throughout Central Oregon.
My real estate background began in 2009 with my own property investments. Since then, I’ve purchasedand renovated homes, managed remodels, owned and operated short-term rentals, and navigated 1031 exchanges and commercial investments. Having experienced the buying, selling, and renovation process firsthand, I understand both the opportunities and the challenges that come with property ownership. I bring that practical experience to helping my clients make informed, confident decisions.
Before becoming a broker, I spent 19 years managing a local business, developing strong
communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service. I

As a devoted wife and mother, I understand the importance of finding a home that fits your life. I’m
blessed with a wonderful husband, two daughters, and our mini schnauzer, Duke. Outside of work, I
enjoy reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying a good glass of vino. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships and making a positive impact in mycommunity.
